My Learning Cloud was born in 2012 from the desire to provide a Learning Environment and suite of online elearning courses targeted towards the health and social care sector.
Since then, our passion and drive has helped us to develop over 50 CPD endorsed elearning courses and an engaging and interactive Learning Environment at the forefront of learning within Health and Social Care.
In 2016 we became the first elearning provider in England to be endorsed by Skills for Care, in fact we helped write the endorsement framework.
Today, we make it easy for you to create and manage all formats of learning from elearning, workshops and professional discussions to policy and document management, self-certification and our unique Learning MOT.

The keywords in the role of a developer at My Learning Cloud are variety and adaptability.
A developer within My Learning Cloud could be working on the front-end architecture in the morning and optimising servers and database functionality in the afternoon. Therefore it is vital that our developers have experience in the full range of technologies and the ability to learn new technologies as and when required to enable them to deliver the tasks they would have been allocated.
Our developers are responsible for meeting both technical and customer needs and seeing a project from conception to a finished project and as such will be a solution-focused developer who is able to analyse problems and critically evaluate technologies to create efficient and robust solutions.
A developer at My Learning Cloud will have a high aptitude for learning new technologies and will be confident in exploring new approaches to solving problems. They will have familiarity with web programming languages, frameworks and libraries (e.g. Angular, node.js, Ionic, NativeScript), cloud computing services (e.g. AWS, GCP) and DevOps approaches and principles (e.g. automated testing, continuous integration, automated release management)..
As our developers need to be adaptable to deliver projects it is vital that they keep abreast of developments in web application and programming languages. They will also have experience of project managing tasks to deliver projects on time, budget and scope. Holding a Degree or Masters in computer science, engineering or related subject would be advantageous, however, if they are able to evidence through experience this would also be great.
Being an excellent communicator is key, being able to speak to both technical and non-technical clients is a must. You’ll be imaginative and creative in solving problems and a great team player.
The developers within My Learning Cloud will be able to evidence their experience of working within a culture of continuous improvement, they may have experience of developing, coaching or mentoring team members through paired programming or collaboration and will understand agile or hold experience in delivering through this model of development.

Marketing Communications Officer
Salary: Up to £30,000
Most, if not all, companies use marketing as a vital tool to promote products, services and brands to different audiences. My Learning Cloud is no different and this role holder will be responsible for promoting us to help us continue to achieve our strategic goals.
This role holder will develop, implement and evaluate off/online marketing communications, in-line with our strategic goals. Most of all they will help us to communicate effectively to every type of customer we have from Business to Business, internal communications as well as to key stakeholders.
They will have excellent experience in using a variety of tools from social media, creating press articles and documents as well as company brochures. The Marketing Communications Officer will be required to write, edit and proofread communication material to ensure consistency and compliance with My Learning Cloud branding, values, key messages and style guidelines, so the role holder must be great with English and have a passion for these tasks.
The role holder will work within all departments of the organisation and will have a positive influence on all things communication and support us in growing awareness of My Learning Cloud within the market.
The role holder will have great organisational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. They will also be able to provide expert advice to the business on communication planning, audiences, channels and key messages to ensure the most effective approaches.
They will take responsibility for developing digital communications to engage and attract customers, including updating the My Learning Cloud Website, monitoring Social Media and online advertising and experience in these fields are required.
